Cultured Probiotic Sodas

Learn to make soda in the traditional and health-promoting way! These lacto-fermented sodas are packed with probiotics, enzymes, antioxidants, and B-vitamins.

We’ll be using fresh local ingredients, so the flavors soda will depend on what is in season.  Some flavor choices may include ginger beer, root beer, lemon-lime soda, raspberry soda, blueberry soda!

Take home a ginger starter culture to make your own sodas, along with simple recipes, and a bottle of soda already made for you!  This workshop is a combination of hands-on and demonstration! All organic ingredients will be provided. $80.
