Makes 1 cup
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Chia seeds
1/2 cup of almond milk
3/4 cup of coconut milk from a can*
1/2 tablespoon of honey
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 pinch of sea salt
2-4 tablespoons of soaked currants
*Nutiva brand is BPA free
Method:
Mix the liquid ingredients, salt and the chia seeds very well. Add honey, cinnamon, and currants. Let set in refrigerator for an hour or overnight if you make it ahead of time.
